FWIW, I'm in Alcohol distribution, I hate watching this bullshit unfold as much as any one else. here goes. 15 years ago there was a ruling in the DRAM Shop Law that left the establishment, and the Server exposed for liability in these cases. if and when it could be proven that someone was "knowingly" overserved. It's sad, but the families of these two deaths will more than likely be advised to persue this as well. I'll be surprised if Barnabe's makes it through this unscathed. This could go either way, In Texas for example, Jim Beam just recently settled OOC when a girl(from an affluent family) died mixing their bourbon with redbull at a bar and crashed her car. For some reason they(JB) were supposed to know that the girl was hopped up on RedBull and was acting funny. Again in this case, the server and establishment have paid hefty fines.
